LUBE SURVEY CONDITION MONITORING TESTING SAMPLES FILTERATION OF USED OILS ACESSORIES PROVIDERS CUSTOMISED LUBRICANTS

We have a team of technical personals for the lube survey of an industry. We conduct the survey for all the machines and all the lubricants used at the customer’s site. We help the customer in rationalizing the range of products used. We also recommend the grades which can be used to improve the performance and reduce the maintenance cost. We submit the report at the end of the survey and conduct an open forum for users to interact with manufacturers so that they can share their experiences and can get the solutions regarding the lubes. It is observed that generally wherever the lube is used in bulk or in sumps the oil is discarded as per the norms recommended by manufacturer of machines. At the time of disposal it may be the case that the oil can give more service life. Today, when the lube oil is very costly we help the customer to get best of lube by performing condition monitoring. Here, we check the oil for various parameters from time to time to know the condition of oil i.e. whether drain time can be extend or not. This process not only helps to extend the service life of lubricant but also helps the customer for preventive maintenance, thus saves a lot on lubes cost. We have a fully equipped testing laboratory at Vatva. We test the samples for any oil for mainly all the parameters required as per various test methods. We provide the filtration services for Thermic fluids, hydraulic oils etc. on site and off site as required depending on the volume of oil. We also undertake flushing of Thermic fluid closed systems. Centrifugal Machines: We sell ONLINE and OFFLINE centrifugal machines as per requirement of the customer.FILTER MACHINES: We sell ONLINE AND OFFLINE filter machines as per the requirement of customer We provide customized lubrication solutions by developing Taylor made lubricants after conducting technical sessions with user. We conduct trials on site once the product is through in our lab trials. We also provide indigenous solutions for imported substitutes.
